The modular Profitherm heat exchanger consists of PPS-GR pipes, which feature a high-performance composite material made of polyphenylene sulphide (PPS) and graphite (GR). This combination brings together the outstanding chemical resistance of polymers and an exceptionally high thermal conductivity for plastics. Consequently, PPS-GR heat exchangers recover heat reliably even below the acid and water dew points – operating conditions where conventional materials such as stainless steel quickly reach their limits.

Highly durable and easy to clean

The heat exchanger pipes can withstand operating temperatures up to 400°C when cooled.
Their dirt-repellent surface reduces deposits and makes cleaning easier, ensuring consistently high operational reliability. The result: extended service life, reduced downtime and lower maintenance costs.
